The benefits of wine

 From its birth, wine has been considered a healthy drink. In fact, the consumption of wine, especially red wine, has many health benefits. Drinking wine has many different positive effects when it comes to physical health.


According to a study done at the University of Harvard in the United States, the consumption of wine reduces risk of a cardiac attacks and it is said that the people who drink wine are 30% less likely to suffer from a heart attack.
Also, wine has a positive effect on caner. This drink has many different properties
that permit the reduction and/or prevention of different cancer cells. Wine is also known to prevent other types of cancer such as breast cancer, prostate cancer and colon cancer.
Wine is also known as the elixir of youth. The grapes have a molecule called resveratrol with properties that slow down the aging of the human heart.
Wine has also been known to have positive effects on mental health. It was shown that wine permits the reduction of mental deficiencies like Alzheimer for example. Also, regularly drinking a glass of wine reduces the risk of depression.
So, not only can wine be a drink you have before or with a meal, but it also has
many different health benefits.


However, it is important to remember that the benefits are not effective if you overconsume it. For that reason, we advise not to exceed the limit of one glass of wine per day. With this quantity, it is possible to take advantage of all the benefits wine has to offer.
