Betsy Andrews, columnist for foodandwine.com tells us which are the 11 most outstanding in Chile, among which is our Sauvignon Blanc Cipreses, in addition to telling us a bit about her last visit to Chile, where she met some vineyards and tasted wines that left a mark of a before and after on her perception of Chilean Sauvignon Blanc, being this vine the second most planted in the country after Cabernet Sauvignon.
Referring to our Sauvignon Blanc Cipreses and Marilú she wrote: "The result is a wine with laserlike minerality that bespeaks the chalky, calcareous soil, and then yields to delicious, citrusy undertones".
