Miramar Vineyard Riesling
With a nose similar to a Riesling from Alsace, our cool climate has created a wine characteristic of its varietal. This thin-skinned grape displays classic aromas and although our Riesling is considered to be a dry style, it has a touch of sugar which balances out the high acidity beautifully.
Typical German food, semi-sweet sauces, pork meat and spicy food.
